Game On! 6 Places in Kailua Town to Score Super Bowl Party Fare

By February 1, 2024No Comments

As the Chiefs and 49ers gear up for the big game, get ready to kick off your Super Bowl watch party with a line-up of tasty local favorites from Kailua Town restaurants.

Here are six places to pre-order party trays and score big points with the fans. Then sit back and enjoy the game!

The Super Bowl Pupu Platter from Big City Diner features BCD’s all-star guava BBQ baby back ribs plus spicy guava BBQ chicken wings, panko breaded calamari and fish, and garlic bread. Find a full listing of party platters on the catering menu.

The newest game in Kailua Town is recently opened Local Boy Sushi, whose original Kaneohe location has been serving fans since 2009. On the menu: a variety of LBS Platters from Cali and veggie rolls to ahi and salmon platters. Custom combo platters are available, too.

Easy ‘Que Kailua’s a la carte catering menu offers popular mains such as kalbi brisket and huli huli chicken as well as pans of sides and salads that serve 12-15 guests.

Check out Fatboy’s extensive catering menu to find pupu platters, customizable (and substantial) bentos, and party-size pans of Hawaiian-style plate lunch faves.

Can’t get enough of Kono’s signature kalua pork?  Add it by the platterful to your party playbook, along with French rolls and a platter of salad.

Add a platter of Up Roll Café’s healthy burrito-style sushi to your game day party spread.  Deluxe Seafood, Meat Lovers, and Fish Lovers options are available or make your own Family Platter with a choice of your three favorite rolls and three keiki rolls.
