O‘ahu based artist Nick Kuchar creates surf and travel art inspired by the early days of surfing and beach culture, including the vintage color palette, typography and nostalgia that goes with it. Looking for inspiration paddling out at surf breaks and going on hikes, his creative process spans favorite locations and activities around the Hawaiian Islands and the ‘āina he has called home since 2005.
