Free holiday fun for the community!
Seasonal, socially distanced fun returns to Kailua Town on December 3, 4 and 5 when Alexander & Baldwin (A&B) presents Keiki Kalikimaka – A Hunt for the Kailua Town Elves. This free, family-friendly adventure takes place from 11am to 4pm each day. And it’s easy to play!
Surprises await keiki who find any or all of the three elves hiding in the holiday-themed displays at A&B’s shopping centers around Kailua Town. Each of the six displays offers a nostalgic theme with a fun photo opportunity, but only three of them are hiding places for the shy Kailua Town elves who can reveal the nearby shops where keiki can pick up a holiday treat.
Maps and information also will be displayed at these six locations:
- Gift packages near the fountain at California Pizza Kitchen Kailua
- Holiday picture frame at Lau Hala Shops Lobby
- Christmas candy display outside Splash on Hekili Street
- Decorated plumeria tree at Kailua Beach Center
- Holiday pet house at Kailua Shopping Center
- Holiday display outside Whole Foods at Kailua Town Center
To play:
- Hunt for the Kailua Town Elves anytime between 11am and 4pm, December 3-5.
- Start at any of the six holiday-themed locations shown on the map.
- Find the elf hiding at three of the installations; they will reveal where kids can pick up a holiday treat nearby.
- Have fun, and take photos to share with family and friends!
